Shipping Information

Free shipping on every order

Shipping is free on all orders to addresses in the United States, with no minimum.

Delivery time

Most orders arrive within 6 to 12 business days of being placed. Delivery times are estimates and can occasionally run longer during holidays, peak seasons or carrier delays.

Tracking

You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships. Tracking can take 2 to 5 business days to show updates.

Lost or delayed packages

If your tracking has not updated for 10 business days, or your order has not arrived within 20 business days, email jnbusiness1@proton.me and we will look into it and send a replacement or refund if your package is lost.
