Who is CloudWave for?
If you twist yourself up like a pretzel to fall asleep, with one knee hiked up, arms tucked under your head and chest rolled forward, CloudWave is for you. It gives your body something to hug so you stay comfortable without twisting out of line.

Which size should I choose?
CloudWave (39 x 19 in) is great for hugging and knee support. CloudWave+ (47 x 21 in) adds extra length for fuller shoulder-to-shin and leg support.

Is it hot to sleep with?
The ice-silk cover is breathable and cool to the touch, so it will not trap heat like a memory foam body pillow.

Will it go flat?
The high-rebound fill is made to hold its shape and bounce back. A quick fluff every few days keeps it lofty.

Does it arrive compressed?
Yes. Your pillow is compressed and sealed for shipping. Unbox it, give it a good shake and let it fluff up for 24 to 48 hours.

How do I wash it?
Unzip the cover and machine wash cold on a gentle cycle, then air dry or tumble dry low. Spot clean the inner pillow as needed.

Orders and shipping

How much is shipping?
Shipping is free on every order within the United States.

How long does delivery take?
Most orders arrive within 6 to 12 business days. You will get a tracking number by email once your order ships.

Can I change or cancel my order?
Email us as soon as possible. If your order has not shipped yet, we will do our best to update or cancel it.

Returns

What if I do not love it?
You have 30 nights from delivery to try it. If it is not right for you, contact us and we will make it right. See our returns page for details.
