Sleep on your CloudWave for 30 nights from the day it is delivered. If it is not right for you, contact us within those 30 nights and we will make it right.
How to start a return
- Email jnbusiness1@proton.me with your order number and the reason for your return.
- We will reply within 1 to 2 business days with return instructions.
- Once your return is received or your claim is approved, your refund is processed to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.
Please contact us before sending anything back. Returns sent without instructions cannot be processed.
Damaged or wrong item?
Email us within 7 days of delivery with a photo and your order number. We will send a free replacement or a full refund, with no return shipping cost to you.
